Do I need to have my website built by you to use the subscription?
Usually yes — we manage sites we've built or migrated to our hosting environment. If you have an existing WordPress site on another host, we can migrate it over as part of the setup. Get in touch and we'll let you know if it's compatible.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No lock-in. The subscription runs month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We don't believe in trapping clients — we'd rather earn your continued business.
What if I need more than 2 hours of changes in a month?
Additional hours are billed at our standard hourly rate of $120/hr + GST. We'll always let you know if a request is going to exceed your monthly allocation before we start.
What happens if my site goes down?
We monitor uptime 24/7. If your site goes offline, we're alerted immediately and will investigate and resolve it as a priority — typically within 1–2 hours during business hours.
Does the subscription include SEO?
The subscription covers hosting, maintenance, updates, and minor content changes. SEO is a separate service. We offer local SEO and WordPress SEO packages that can be bundled with your subscription. Ask us about a combined plan.
Can I upgrade later if I want more support?
Yes. We can customise a plan with additional change hours, monthly blog publishing, or SEO management if your needs grow. Just ask.
