Why I started Kiwi Web Design.
Before starting KWD, I worked across digital marketing and web projects in Auckland. I noticed the same problem over and over: small businesses, including tradies, café owners, and healthcare providers, were either paying too much for too little, or had DIY sites that were holding them back.
Traditional agencies often carry large teams, long handover chains, and heavy overheads. That cost usually ends up in the client's invoice. Freelancers from overseas do not know the Auckland market.
