Dryice Blasting Services Website Case Study
We reorganised this specialist industrial cleaning website around the services and project information buyers need before requesting a quote.
Project Overview
Specialist industrial expertise, buried inside a brochure website.
Dryice Blasting Services specialises in high-pressure dry ice cleaning for industrial facilities, removing contaminants without chemicals, water, or production downtime. Owner Mathew had built a strong reputation for precision on complex jobs, but the website didn't reflect any of it.
The site loaded slowly on worksite devices, buried quote pathways under layers of navigation, and failed to showcase the specialist projects that differentiated them from general cleaning services. High-value prospects were bouncing before they understood what the business actually offered.
The Challenge
Industrial buyers search differently, and the site wasn't built for them.
Industrial facility managers and production supervisors searching for "dry ice blasting Auckland" or "contamination removal industrial Auckland" need to assess safety credentials, project experience, and the ability to work around production schedules before they even consider making an enquiry. The old site provided none of that.
On mobile, increasingly the device of choice on worksites, the site loaded slowly and the call-to-action buttons were difficult to tap. Urgent clean-up requests, which represented a significant revenue opportunity, were being lost because the path from "I need this now" to "I've submitted a quote request" was too long.
What We Built
A service buyer journey rebuilt for industrial decision-makers.
We mapped how industrial buyers evaluate suppliers and restructured the site information architecture around that journey. Service pages now lead with credentials, safety certification, project examples, and application types, then drive to a quote form that captures the information needed to respond quickly.
Mobile performance was rebuilt from the ground up, and every quote trigger was redesigned for easier use on worksite devices. Structured data was added to help search engines understand the business and its specialist services.
The Results
A clearer website for specialist industrial enquiries.
The rebuilt website presents the company’s applications, service process, and project evidence in a clearer order. Industrial buyers can assess fit, understand the work involved, and send the practical details needed for a quote from mobile or desktop.
